SHEBOYGAN (WLUK) -- Two people in Sheboygan County were arrested in connection with a Green Bay man's drug overdose death.

On Sunday, police were called to 2408 Park Place just before 11:00 a.m. for a drug overdose.

Upon arrival, crews found a 26-year-old woman performing CPR on a 28-year-old Green Bay man.

Police say heroin, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia was found inside the residence.

The man was taken to the hospital where he received treatment until Tuesday, when he was pronounced dead.

Investigators found the 26-year-old woman purchased heroin from a 38-year-old Franklin woman.

A search warrant at the Franklin woman's residence yielded methamphetamine, marijuana and prescription medication.

The woman was arrested, along with a 32-year-old Sheboygan man who resided at the residence.

The suspect's children, ages 12 and 14, were placed with other family members.

The case remains under investigation.
