Tappa pleads not guilty in arson case

OCONTO - Donald Tappa pleaded not guilty Friday to setting fire to the Log Jam Saloon on Christmas Eve.

Tappa pleaded not guilty to ten counts in all, including four felonies - the most serious of which is arson. He faces more than 70 years behind bars if convicted of all counts.

No trial date was set. He returns to court Aug. 14 for a status conference.
