Princeton murder suspect's attorneys leave case
GREEN LAKE (WLUK) – Both of the attorneys for a man accused of killing a woman and then setting her home on fire to cover it up are leaving the case.
Antonio Contreras faces four counts - including intentional homicide, arson, and mutilating a corpse – for the March 13 death of his girlfriend, Grace Reiter-Rudolph.
Defense attorneys Joey Roeth and Jeffrey Haase are leaving the case, so new attorneys will be assigned to the case. Contreras returns to court Jan. 23 for a status conference, court records show.
Contreras and Reiter-Rudolph got into a fight. The complaint says Contreras then admitted to shooting Reiter-Rudolph in the head at least three times, killing her. He allegedly then lit her body and other evidence on fire to destroy it.
