MADISON (AP) - Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in Sheboygan County over the weekend has won $1 million.Wisconsin lottery officials said on Sunday the ticket was sold at Q Mart in Kohler.The ticket matched five numbers in Saturday's drawing but not the Powerball. No one else matched all six numbers either, so the new jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $192 million. That's about $115 million if taken as a lump sum.The winning numbers Saturday were 15, 27, 31, 34 and 48. The Powerball was 1.
