      GREEN BAY - Police plan to discuss Tuesday morning the investigation into a controversial arrest.Officer Derek Wicklund was seen in cellphone video taking down a man on Washington St. in April. The video went viral online.The police department finished its internal investigation in May. The results of the investigation were not made public; they were forwarded to state justice officials first. The Department of Justice has reviewed the case to see if Wicklund's actions matched police academy training. The report has been returned to Green Bay police, who plan to release it to the public.
