Sturgeon spawning season returns at the Shawano Dam

SHAWANO (WLUK) -- As the water temperatures warms once again this spring, the annual ritual of the sturgeon spawn returns to the Wolf River in central Wisconsin.

Many spots along the river have seen action already taking place this week, and draw people from all over the state and beyond to witness this unique and unusual tradition.
