(WLUK) -- A Marinette mother who was recognized by the NFL and Bellin Health during Breast Cancer Awareness Month has died at age 45.

In October, Jessica Baumann and her family received a package of gifts, including tickets to the Green Bay Packers-Dallas Cowboys game, a tailgate at the FOX 11 Field House and a meeting with NFL on FOX broadcasters Joe Buck, Troy Aikman and Erin Andrews.

The Baumann family was surprised with the gifts live on Good Day Wisconsin.

Jessica Baumann had been undergoing treatments for breast cancer for about five years. She quit her job as a hairstylist to devote more time to her husband and two children.

A memorial for Baumann is set for Thursday afternoon.
