Milwaukee man tries to ship 9 pounds of methamphetamine, sentenced in federal prison
GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- Levester Brown, 33, is sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after his role in a methamphetamine distribution ring in Northeast Wisconsin.
The Department of Justice said in a release that the Milwaukee man traveled between Milwaukee and Arizona to pick up pounds of pure methamphetamine.
Brown would then ship the drugs to his "acquaintances" in Milwaukee and Brown Deer. After that he would take the drugs to his "main distributor" in Green Bay.
The DOJ says Brown was arrested by Special Agents of a federal administration when he tried to ship approximately 9 pounds of methamphetamine on June 6, 2017.
After serving 10 years in prison Brown will serve another decade on federal supervised release.
