MANITOWOC (WLUK) -- The same man who robbed a Dollar Tree store in Manitowoc also robbed Dollar Tree stores in New York and Michigan within the last week or two, police believe.

Investigators on Tuesday released surveillance images from the robbery in North Greenbush, New York, which is outside of Albany.

In Manitowoc, the store in the 3400 block of Calumet Street was robbed at gunpoint around 6 p.m. Sunday. The man got away with some money and unactivated Visa gift cards.

The suspect was described as a white man in his late 50s, between 6-foot-2 and 6-foot-5. He has short blond or brown hair and was wearing dark clothing. He left in a silver or charcoal-colored Dodge Charger, or similar model car with a rear spoiler. It may have been missing a front license plate.

Anyone with information is asked to call Manitowoc police at (920) 686-6500 or Crime Stoppers at (920) 683-4466. Police are especially asking those who work in nearby restaurants, hotels or similar service-based businesses who saw this man or the vehicle to call them. A $500 reward is being offered in the case.
