BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WLUK) -- A certified nursing assistant previously charged with downloading child porn at work, is now also accused of making it.

Prosecutors say Christopher Anderson videotaped himself sexually assaulting two females, including an 11-year-old girl.

Investigators seized a variety of electronics from the 43-year-old’s home after he was arrested March 20.

Prosecutors say they found three videos they believe Anderson is responsible for creating. Two of them, shot nine minutes apart in November 2014, show a man sexually assaulting a young girl, who was later identified as the 11-year-old.

“She appears to not be conscious,” said Dana Johnson, a Brown County assistant district attorney. “I don't know if she is asleep or if she was drugged or what, but she does not appear to know what's happening.”

The girl has been identified as the daughter of one of Anderson's ex-girlfriends.

About a month after those videos were shot, prosecutors say Anderson shot another video of himself sexually assaulting the young girl's mother, who was 31 years old at the time.

“She appears to be unconscious,” said Johnson. “I don't know if she is asleep or ingested some kind of drugs.”

According to a criminal complaint, the 31-year-old told police she could have been given a drug to knock her out during the encounter. The woman also told investigators the only time Anderson would have had access to her daughter is if she would have asked him to watch her while she worked or ran errands.

In court, Anderson's $25,000 cash bond for ten previously filed child porn charges was raised to $75,000.

Anderson was an employee of Allouez Parkside Village, a senior living care facility. Court records show Anderson admitted to downloading child porn while he worked the night shift.
