GREEN BAY - Green Bay police say they are looking for a man who may have obstructed an officer during an incident in downtown last weekend.

It happened on Washington Street early Sunday morning.

Police say a series of small fights broke out. They say around 200 people were standing outside of the Nines and Stir-ups Parlor and Saloon at the time.

One person was arrested and charged for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

The Green Bay Police Department posted surveillance images on its Facebook page Friday afternoon.

Authorities say the man in the pictures was recording an officer and yelling while standing in the road.

Police say while people have the right to record officers, they do not have the right to interfere with an investigation.

The man could face a citation.

Police say they may post more images next week of people they are looking for.
