Garcia gets 3-year prison term for ramming police squads

APPLETON - A man convicted of ramming his car into several vehicles, including police cars, was sentenced to three years in prison.Anthony Garcia was convicted of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, eluding an officer, and criminal damage to a vehicle, according to online court records.Garcia got into an argument with his estranged wife last October. Police were called. He rammed two cars on her property and fled. An officer tried to taser him through the car window, but that didn't work. He drove away again, eventually causing damage to squad cars owned by Appleton, Grand Chute and Outagamie County.No one was injured.
