KAUKAUNA (WLUK) -- Hazardous-materials crews were on scene of a home in Kaukauna Tuesday after a suspicious package was found.

The home, on the corner of Draper and Jefferson Street, belongs to Joe Grundy. He says he received something called a "glitter bomb" in the mail, which included a foreign substance.

Grundy says he called police because he was nervous after a suspicious envelope was mailed to the Green Bay Police Dept. Monday night. Two employees were taken to the hospital after becoming sick.

Grundy is facing a citation for storing a tractor in his yard not in compliance of city code. Grundy argues his yard is self-expression.
