Fond du Lac man sentenced in heroin case
FOND DU LAC (WLUK) -- A Fond du Lac man is sentenced to 20 years in prison for bringing and selling heroin to the area for more than a year.
Travis Kind, 33, will spend eight years in initial confinement and 12 years extended supervision.
Prosecutors say Kind brought and resold 4 to 5 grams of heroin daily between May of 2016 and February 2017.
Officials estimate the street value of the heroin Kind bought from Keana Cousin and resold to be worth more than $150,000.
Cousin was found guilty of conspiracy to deliver heroin and is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 17.
Kind previously entered a no contest plea on July 19, 2017.
