UPDATE: The girl who died has been identified as Alisha Haase, 17.Our original report follows:-----CLAYTON - The Winnebago Co. Sheriff's Department responded to a two-vehicle accident in the Town of Clayton on Saturday.It happened at 4 p.m. on County Hwy II at Pioneer Rd. Police say a northbound car on Pioneer Rd. failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a westbound SUV on County Hwy II.The 66-year-old driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital; he was treated and released.Officials say four of the five passengers in the SUV were taken to a local hospital.A 17-year-old Neenah girl was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. A 42-year-old Neenah woman was airlifted to a local hospital with serious life-threatening injuries. A 48-year-old Neenah woman was transported with serious life-threatening injuries. A 20-year-old Neenah woman and the 45-year-old driver of the SUV suffered non life-threatening injuries.County Hwy II was closed from Oakwood Rd. to Larsen Rd. for approximately 5 hours after the crash.Officials say alcohol and other intoxicants do not appear to be factors in this crash.The crash investigation continues.
