White Pizza Grilled Cheese

Herbed Cheese Blend:

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 Tbsp pesto

1/2 tsp dry thyme

1/2 tsp dry Italian season

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a mixer. Spread cheese mixture onto bread and grill until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
