Ingredients:12 oz can tuna, drained well2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice2-3 stalks celery, finely diced1 Tbsp onion, minced1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)salt & pepper to taste4 hard rolls, split1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise4 slices American cheese4 slices tomatoDirections:Mix together tuna, celery, onion, 1/4 cup mayo, dill (if using) & lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. If to dry add more mayo. Fill 4 buns with mixture, place 1 slice of cheese on each & put top of bun on wrap in foil & place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.Serve with a slice of tomato on top & a side of your favorite chips.
