      Tuna Burgers

      Ingredients:

      12 oz can tuna, drained well
      2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
      2-3 stalks celery, finely diced
      1 Tbsp onion, minced
      1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
      salt & pepper to taste
      4 hard rolls, split
      1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
      4 slices American cheese
      4 slices tomato

      Directions:

      Mix together tuna, celery, onion, 1/4 cup mayo, dill (if using) & lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. If to dry add more mayo. Fill 4 buns with mixture, place 1 slice of cheese on each & put top of bun on wrap in foil & place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
      Serve with a slice of tomato on top & a side of your favorite chips.
