Ingredients:1 lb raw, peeled, deviated shrimp2 Tbsp honey1-2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup onion, sliced1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup shredded, organic carrotssesame seeds and cilantro for garnishbutter leaf/bib lettuce for wrapssalt and pepper to tasteDirections:In pan, over medium heat, saut all ingredients but sesame seeds, cilantro and lettuce. Cook until shrimp become pink, firm and no longer translucent. It will take about 7 minutes. Serve in lettuce wraps and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
