Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Shrimp Lettuce Wraps


1 lb raw, peeled, deviated shrimp

2 Tbsp honey

1-2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup shredded, organic carrots

sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish

butter leaf/bib lettuce for wraps

salt and pepper to taste


In pan, over medium heat, sauté all ingredients but sesame seeds, cilantro and lettuce. Cook until shrimp become pink, firm and no longer translucent. It will take about 7 minutes. Serve in lettuce wraps and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
