Orange De Pepi Salad

1 8oz pineapple crushed and drained (reserve juice)
1 11-oz mandarin oranges, juice drained (reserve juice)
1 small orange Jell-O
1 small cook and serve vanilla pudding
2-3 Tbsp ancini de pepi noodles, cooked and drained
8 oz cool whip
Combine juices with water to make 2 C liquid. Combine liquid, Jell-O and pudding in a saucepan. Cook until boiling, then reduce heat and continue to cook for 5 more minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Add cool whip, pineapple, oranges and noodles. Refrigerate and serve.
