      Ingredients:

      4 oz butter
      6 oz chocolate
      3 eggs
      1/2 cup sugar
      1 Tbsp vanilla extract

      Directions:

      In a double boiler, melt together butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Whisk in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Scoop batter into grease mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until dry on top. Allow to cool. Remove from pan and serve as is or with your favorite buttercream icing. This recipe will also make a 8” square pan, with baking time of 30 minutes.
