      Lobster Salad Ingredients:1 Lb Cooked lobster meat, chopped1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise2 lemons, zest and juice1 lime, zest and juice1 orange, zest and juice2 tablespoons parsley, minced2 stalks celery, small dicedSalt to tasteCombine the lemon, lime and orange zest and juice with the mayonnaise. In a large bowl incorporate the citrus infused mayonnaise with the lobster meat, add the celery, parsley and mix until all ingredients are evenly combined. Season with salt.Celery Root Slaw:2 medium celery root bulbs2 stalks celery, thinly sliced 1/2 cup, Blue cheese dressing2 ounces, crumbled blue cheese1 lemon, juiced2 tablespoon, chopped chivesSalt and pepper, to tasteWash the celery root free of any dirt and peel. Cut the celery root into quarters and shred the celery root using a cheese grated or food processor with a grating attachment. Combine all the ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
