Lemon Chicken Ricotta Wontons
1-2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup ricotta
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp minced green onion
Wonton/ egg roll wrappers
Combine first 5 ingredients. Dollop 1 tablespoon of mixture on a wrapper, fold and seal with a bit of water or lemon juice. Coat with cooking spray and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min.
