Ingredients:3 cup prepared kale, washed and ribs removed2 large red apples,chopped1 cup celery, thinly sliced1/2 cup almonds1/4 cup raisins2 Tbsp dijon mustard2 Tbsp water2 Tbsp fig preserve2 Tbsp red wine vinegar2 Tbsp rice wine vinegarpinch of saltDirections:Wash the kale, remove the stems and ribs from the kale and then chop finely. Chop the apple and slice the celery and then mix with the kale. Mix together the Dijon mustard, water, fig preserve, vinegars and salt. Pour over the Kale, Apple and Celery mixture and then combine. Top with Almonds and Enjoy!!!!
