Ingredients:6 slices bacon, cook & crumble1/4 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled1 1/2 lbs asparagus stalksjuice and zest of 1/2 a lemon2 Tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper to tasteDirections:Wash & trim asparagus stalks, toss in olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Grill over direct heat a few minutes on each side. Don't overcook! Arrange on a platter, Squeeze lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle with bacon bits, cheese & lemon zest. Serve.
