Ingredients:25 Oreo Cookies, crushed4 tablespoons melted butter1 cup powdered sugar1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup butter1/4 cup heavy cream2 tablespoons light corn syrup1 teaspoon vanilla1 pint coffee ice cream, softened slightly1/4cup toasted pecans (optional)whipped cream for garnishDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie plate and bake 5 to 7 minutes Let cool a bit. Combine powdered sugar, chocolate chips, butter, cream and corn syrup in small heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Let cool a bit.Drizzle half of the chocolate sauce in bottom of crust. Spoon ice cream over the top. Cover and freeze for a few hours. Refrigerate remaining chocolate sauce. Heat in the microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds. Before serving drizzle pie or slices of pie with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream, and nuts.
