Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients:5 extra-large shrimp, peeled and de-veined5 Caramel deLites Girl Scout cookies, ?nely chopped2 cups seasoned bread crumbs2 cups ?our1 cup coconut ?akes4 egg whitesPinch cayenne pepper1 lime for garnishVegetable or peanut oil for fryingDirections:Toss coconut ?akes with bread crumbs, cayenne pepper and chopped Caramel deLites. Dredge shrimp through ? our, followed by egg whites and Caramel deLites mixture. Fry shrimp in vegetable oil at 350 degrees until golden brown. Garnish with coconut ?akes and lime wedges, serve on skewers with tropical fruits.
