Easy Instant Pot Mac n Cheese

Ingredients:

1 box elbow macaroni (16 oz)

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

3 Tbsp of butter

salt & pepper to taste

2 - 3 cups of shredded cheese of choice (I used 1 cup sharp cheddar & 1 cup white cheddar)

4 cups of water

Directions:

Add the macaroni, water, salt and butter to the Instant Pot. Set on 4 minutes manual and manual release pressure(quick release). After that is done, take lid off and set pot on saute and add whipping cream, and stir. Then slowly add cheese until it's all melted. Serve and enjoy.
