Ingredients:3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise3 cans (6 ounces) water-packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped1/4 cup chopped scallions1 cup finely chopped celery1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill1 tablespoon fresh lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste4 large tortillas2 cups shredded romaine lettuceDirections:In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture over 3 to 4 tortillas. Top with lettuce. Roll up burrito style. Cut on an angle if desired. Makes 4 wraps.
