Crunchy Tuna Salad Wraps (WLUK)


3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 cans (6 ounces) water-packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked

1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped

1/4 cup chopped scallions

1 cup finely chopped celery

1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce


In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture over 3 to 4 tortillas. Top with lettuce. Roll up burrito style. Cut on an angle if desired. Makes 4 wraps.
