Ingredients:1 package pasta5 boneless chicken breasts5 slices reduced fat provolone cheese3 cups tomato sauce1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup white onion, diced1 cup mushrooms, diced1 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce1 tsp worcestershire1 Tbsp steak sauce1/2 tsp sweet basil1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp fennel1/2 tsp raw sugarsalt and pepperDirections:Cook pasta and set aside. Cook chicken and set aside. Place pasta in bottom of a 9 x 11 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of pasta. Top each breast with a slice of cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake chicken parmesan, covered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes and uncovered for 5.
