Cheeseburger Casserole


Bag of hash browns or tots

Bag of vegetarian crumbles or 1 lbs ground beef

1 can rinsed and drained black beans

1/2 cup diced onion

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp mayo or vegan mayo

2 tbsp yellow mustard

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp dill pickle relish

1 cup Shredded cheddar

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayo or vegan mayo

4 tsp dill pickle relish

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp powdered onion

1 tsp garlic powder

Combine all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.


Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour hash browns in baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Press down to form crust.

To make the filling, heat a drizzle of oil. Cook onion and hamburger or veggies crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Add black beans, mayo, mustard, ketchup, & relish. Once cooked through, pour mixture over hash browns and top with Put mixture on top of hash browns and top with cheese. Cook 10-15 minutes till cheese is nice and melted. Serve with prepared sauce. Enjoy!
