Ingredients:2 pounds ground beef1/2 cup finely diced onionSalt and pepper2 cans (10.75 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup1 1/2 cups milk2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 package (32 ounces) frozen French fries2 teaspoons seasoning saltKetchupMustardDill pickle chipsDirections:Brown ground beef and onion in a big skillet until beef is crumbly and no longer pink. Drain any grease. Season beef with a little salt and pepper. Stir in soup and milk. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Arrange French fries on top of cheese. Sprinkle seasoning salt on top of fries. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and French fries are golden. Serve with ketchup, mustard and pickles.
