Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2cloves garlic, chopped
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 to 8 slices of bacon (enough to wrap around each chicken piece)
1cup brown sugar
In large bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice and garlic. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours up to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Wrap each piece of chicken one to two pieces of bacon. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and bacon is a bit crispy.
