      Ingredients:Salad:5 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces1/2 cup finely chopped red onion1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 pound cooked, crumbled bacon1/2 cup sunflower seeds1 cup dried cranberriesDressing:1 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepperDirections:Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using a fork or wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
