Start your St. Patrick's Day with a healthy "green" smoothie

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- Jennifer Gizzi knows smoothies. She opened a smoothie bar in Florida, and most recently helped Western Racquet in Ashwaubenon revamp their smoothie bar. Gizzi is married to former Packers player and current Packers Strength and Conditioning Coach Chris Gizzi. They have 3 kids and one on the way! Jennifer joined Rachel on Good Day Wisconsin to make a Mint Chipper Smoothie and a Green Tea Matcha Latte.

Mint Chipper Smoothie

1 frozen banana

8 oz almond milk

2 Tbsp raw cacao nibs

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 large handful spinach

1-2 drops peppermint oil

Green Tea Matcha Latte

1 tsp matcha green tea

6 oz almond milk

2 oz coconut milk

2 Tbsp agave

1 tsp vanilla
