TWO RIVERS - Kites Over Lake Michigan is returning to Neshotah Beach for a ninth year this weekend.
The event has grown to be one of the largest kite festivals in the Midwest filling the sky with colorful kites of all shapes, sizes and designs.
The festival expects to bring out thousands of people to the beach with kite flying events through the day and into the night, a sky lanterns release, fireworks show and much more.
The fun runs from 11 - 4 p.m. today and tomorrow. There will also be free kite making for kids tomorrow morning from 9 - 11 a.m.
