Fitness resolutions for 2017

As a new calander year begins, people tend to start off the year by making resolutions for themselves.

A good percentage of those resolutions tend to surround fitness.

FOX 11's Lauren Kalil was live from the YMCA in Neenah this morning seeing how people are already starting 2017 on a healthier foot.

She worked with a trainer on some key workouts that will help you kick-start a routine.
