ASHWAUBENON - The Dwight D. Eisenhower Locomotive is set to go on display at the National Railroad Museum Aug. 2.
Before the public can see it, restoration work needs to be completed on both the outside and inside of the cars.
Back in 2012, National Railroad Museum officials offered a special goodbye with a ribbon cutting to its main visitor attraction. The locomotive was loaned to a museum in England.
