OSHKOSH - The wait is over. EAA AirVenture is finally back in Oshkosh.The 62nd annual convention runs from Monday to Sunday and promises to be filled with many planes and the latest and greatest in technology.Jeremy Monette, an exhibitor will be debuting a jet this year along with a turbo model for prop planes.Also back for the first time in nearly 40 years is the "One Week Wonder" project.Volunteers will attempt to build an actual airplane in one week withhelp from the community.The goal is to taxi the plane by Sunday.Pilot Dave McElroy will also be at the convention until Tuesday. McElroy is ona flight mission around the world to raise money for two charities - SickKidsand Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance.
