      Ingredients:1 envelope taco seasoning1-1/2 pounds ground beef1 cup shredded Mexican Blend cheese4 burger buns, split and toasted1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup of salsa or Pico De GalloDirections:Mix the beef and taco seasoning together. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or fry burgers for about 5 minutes on each side. Top each burger with some cheese. Cook just until cheese begins to melt. Serve on buns with lettuce and salsa. Also great with guacamole and sliced jalapeno peppers on top.
