Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Ingredients:1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck3 to 4 teaspoons your favorite steak seasoning2 tablespoons butter or olive oil8 ounces sliced mushroomsSalt and pepper4 slices Swiss cheese8 slices cooked bacon4 hamburger buns, split and toastedSteak sauceDirections:Season beef with seasoning salt and form into 4 patties. Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook over medium heat until mushrooms are slightly soft. Season with a little salt and pepper.Grill or fry burgers to your liking. Just before the burgers are done top with swiss cheese. When cheese is melted, remove burgers and place on buns. Top burgers with bacon and mushrooms. Great with your favorite steak sauce as a condiment.
