      Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs ground chuckSalt and pepper1/4 cup fresh sliced or pickled jalapeno peppers4 ounces softened cream cheese4 split and toasted rollsSaut├ęd onions (optional)Directions:Make 4 patties with the ground chuck.Season them with a little salt and pepper.Grill or fry burgers, flipping once.Just before they are done spread each with some cream cheese.Top each with a some jalapeno peppers.Cover until cheese melts.Serve burgers on warm rolls with onions if you like.
