Amy’s Crab Melts

Amy was in the kitchen this morning making some of her delicious crab melts. (WLUK)


1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup very finely chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

½ teaspoon garlic powder

dash hot sauce

1 (6-ounce) can lump crab, drained well

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

4 English muffins, split


Preheat broiler. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Fold in crab meat and cheddar cheese.

Spread mixture evenly on English muffin halves. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Broil until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
