GREEN BAY - This pasta salad combines the flavors of grilled chicken and corn with BBQ sauce for a tasty side dish for your summer parties. Jennifer Servais from Not By Bread Alone in Ashwaubenon shared the recipe with us on Good Day Wisconsin.All American BBQ Chicken Pasta1/2c Black Beans1/2c Corn-preferably grilled off the cob1 T Cilantro- chopped1T Fresh Basil-chiffonade1/2 c chopped green pepper3 green onions-sliced1/2 pt cherry tomatoes-cut in 1/22 boneless skinless chicken breast, marinated in bbq sauce, grilled and slicedthin.1# rotini pasta- cooked al dente and refreshedDressing1 garlic clove-chopped1/2 shallot-minced1/4c cream1c sour cream1 c mayonnaise1/2 c bbq sauce1/4c parsley1t lemon juicepinch of cayenneSalt and PepperCombine the salad ingredients.
