MADISON, Wis. (AP) - The Wisconsin Senate has approved a bill that would allow minors to enter wineries alone if they plan to take a tour.Current state law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from entering or being on the premises of any establishment with a retail alcohol sales license without a parent, guardian or spouse. The bipartisan bill would permit people under the legal drinking age to enter winery banquet and hospitality rooms alone if they're participating in a tour. The Senate passed the measure on a voice vote Tuesday with no debate. It now goes to the state Assembly.
