ASHWAUBENON - The Green Bay Gamblers came away with all four possible points in their Friday and Saturday games. Sunday afternoon it looked for a time like the Gamblers might go perfect for the weekend, before Waterloo rallied for a 4-3 win.
Matthew Weis and Ryan Siroky scored first period goals less than one minute apart to give Green Bay a 2-1 first period lead. Waterloo scored the game's next three goals though. Connor Hurley tallied the Gamblers final goal with one second left in regulation.
Green Bay is now one point behind Muskegon for the USHL's final available playoff spot. Each team has two games left to play. The Gamblers play at Muskegon in the regular season finale next weekend.
