GREEN BAY - Tens of thousands of people are taking to the streets for the 38th annual Bellin Run.The races start at 8 a.m. The 6.2 mile course starts and finishes in front of Bellin Hospital on Webster Avenue weaving though Green Bay and Allouez.After the race, participants can enjoy entertainment and refreshments at Astor Park. An awards ceremony will follow.As of Friday night, this year's race will have 18,173 participants.The event drew a record 20,000 walkers, runners and wheelchair participants last year.FOX 11's Pauleen Le spent the morning taking in the excitement at the starting line.For more information on the Bellin Run, click here.
