      Thai chicken pizza
      Ingredients:1 100% Whole Grain Thin Crust1/3 cup duck sauce2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce1/2 cupAthenosreduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled16 oz. cooked, diced chicken breast1/4 cupParkersnatural chunky peanut butterRed pepper, thinly slicedWhite onion, thinly slicedCarrots, thinly slicedBroccoli, cut into small floretsCracked black pepperDirections:Cook chicken breast, set aside. Combine duck sauce and 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce, spread mixture onto pizza crust. Cover sauce with feta cheese. Place chicken back on stove, add peanut butter and 1 TB chili garlic sauce, heat to coat. Top crust with chicken. Slice vegetables and disperse evenly and graciously. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
