      Tator Tot Casserole

      Ingredients:2 pounds ground beef1 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 can (14 ounces) French green beans, drained1 1/2 cups corn2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup1 cup sour cream1 1/2 cups milk2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 package (32 ounces) frozen tator tots1 to 2 teaspoons steak seasoning saltDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly and no longer pink. Drain any grease. Season beef with garlic salt and pepper. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place beef in bottom of the dish. Spoon beans and corn on top of beef. In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream and milk. Spoon soup mixture over the top of the beef and veggies. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Line up tator tots over the top. Sprinkle tots with seasoning salt. Bake 30 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and the tots are golden.
