      Stuffed Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

      Ingredients:

      4 to 6 stuffed pork chops
      Lawry's seasoning salt
      Black pepper
      3 tablespoons butter
      2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

      Directions:

      Season pork chops with a little seasoning salt and pepper.  Melt butter in a large over proof skillet.  Brown chops for a few minutes on each side in the skillet.  Spoon soup over the chops, smear all over pork chops.  Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
