      Steaks with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
      Ingredients:4 steaks (beef tenderloin, NY strip, ribeye or your favorite) 1/4 cup olive oil1/3 cup balsamic vinegar2 cloves garlicSalt and pepper2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, plus a little extra for garnish8 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese1 cup heavy creamDirections:Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar garlic. Drizzle over steaks and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Season steaks well with salt. Pepper, and rosemary. Grill, fry or broil steaks to your liking. While steaks are cooking add heavy cream to a small sauce pot and heat until it just starts to boil. Remove from heat and whisk in gorgonzola cheese. Season with a little salt and pepper if you like. Serve over steaks and top with a little fresh rosemary.{}
